1 Samuel 19:23-24 Matthew 10:1 Spirit calling

1 Samuel 19:23-24
“23 So Saul went to Naioth at Ramah. But the Spirit of God came even on him, and he walked along prophesying until he came to Naioth. 24 He stripped off his garments, and he too prophesied in Samuel’s presence. He lay naked all that day and all that night. This is why people say, ‘Is Saul also among the prophets?’”
Matthew 10:1
“Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.”

When the Holy Spirit calls, be ready. He will make Kings and commoners do things that are contrary to what they want to do, contrary to what they think they can do, contrary to who they are, contrary to who they think they can be.

When the Holy Spirit calls, things change. He will bend you to His will, for His purpose, whether you want to or not. Just because He uses you doesn’t mean you’re good to go either.

Take the steps now to make a home for the Holy Spirit so that when the Holy Spirit calls, you’ll be a gladly willing participant.

Matthew 5:13
“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.”
