Stay on the safe path.

Matthew 21:21 (NLT)
21 Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen.”

Luke 1:1-4 (NLT)
1 Many people have set out to write accounts about the events that have been fulfilled among us. 2 They used the eyewitness reports circulating among us from the early disciples. 3 Having carefully investigated everything from the beginning, I also have decided to write an accurate account for you, most honorable Theophilus, 4 so you can be certain of the truth of everything you were taught.

Faith talk again. Yes, we all have it. How real is it though?

What kind of mountains do you have in your life that need moving? What are you putting your faith in to climb them, conquer them, uproot them and throw them aside? Do you have faith that what you’re doing will work? How strong, how deep are the roots of your faith? Are you cloaked and infused by it? Is it your foundation? Is your faith in Christ or you and the ways of the world?

Christ, as Luke investigated thoroughly and reported back, is the real deal. You can be certain of the truth of everything you are/were taught (IF it’s in the bible – if it’s not, well, probably not).

Proverbs 4:26 (NLT)
26 Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path.
